Devonport House
Addition and alteration to a villa. The street-facing verandah is altered to improve the aesthetics. A new basement garage with internal access is added. At the rear of the villa, the new work involves adding a modern and contrasting two-storey building, comprising of bedrooms at the upper level, and at ground level a sitting room, dining room, and kitchen that links to a new covered outdoor dining terrace.
